About Pulaski County Criminal History

Pulaski County criminal records are divided among local and state custodians. The Circuit Court Clerk keeps District and Circuit files, the detention center creates booking records, and police agencies retain their own reports. Kentucky State Police maintains the central criminal-history system and Sex Offender Registry, while the Department of Corrections publishes qualifying supervision and custody data. We built this private resource to make those separate routes easier to identify.

Why We Built This Site

Kentucky does not place every record behind one search. Pulaski County Detention Center holds booking and custody material, the arresting agency keeps its incident report, and the Pulaski Circuit Court Clerk maintains the filed charge and disposition. Kentucky State Police operates the central criminal-history repository and the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry. The Kentucky Department of Corrections adds prison, parole, and probation information through KOOL. We organize the official contacts, request paths, portal links, and researched fees needed to choose among those sources.

What You Will Find Here

  • Local case guidance: how to search and read criminal court case records kept by the Pulaski Circuit Court Clerk
  • Official check routes: the differences among AOC court reports, KSP name checks, and fingerprint-supported record review
  • Agency details: researched contacts for the clerk, detention center, police departments, and Kentucky record systems
  • Expungement steps: where Pulaski filings begin after a person obtains the required AOC certification

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site, not part of a Kentucky court, sheriff's office, police department, or state agency. Those boundaries mean:

  • We cannot run an official background check or pull a criminal record for anyone
  • We cannot file expungement petitions, records requests, or any other paperwork on your behalf
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any criminal record, court document, or rap sheet
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific charge or case applies to you
  • We cannot promise that an address, fee, phone number, or office procedure has not changed

An official copy must come from its custodian, such as the Pulaski Circuit Court Clerk, the originating police agency, the detention center, or Kentucky State Police.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes found on some pages. Each provider controls its service, prices, matching process, and returned results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports site operation. We do not set those charges or determine what a provider reports.
