1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It does not store official criminal records, obtain them for users, conduct official checks, or submit documents on another person's behalf.

Its material identifies Pulaski County custodians, such as the Circuit Court Clerk, detention center, and police agencies, as well as Kentucky State Police and the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also connect to third-party research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information found here or through a linked tool may not be used to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate. Such conduct may also violate the law. KRS 17.580 requires the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry to warn that using registry data to harass a registrant is prohibited. The registry supports public safety awareness, not vigilantism or discriminatory action.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules
